It’s used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body. Heat has long been used to ease muscle tension and pain. It helps increase blood flow to the affected area. It may also reduce muscle spasms and increase flexibility and range of motion. Let our massage therapist know if you would like a regular relaxing massage or a therapeutic massage. While relaxation massages act as a treat to the body, a therapeutic massage is aimed at relieving chronic disorders and muscular pains. We also use medicinal oils in our therapeutic massages. $5 extra for aroma oil.
